HYPERDECK SAFETY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on record – participate at your own risk
  • Participants must be at least 48” or taller to play
  • Allow game attendant to assist with putting on and taking off your headset
  • Keep both hands on the handles of your gun turret during the entire game play
  • Do not run inside the game play area, exit when and only when instructed to do so
  • Follow all instructions provided by staff members.
  • Any rules or safety violations may result in the immediate expulsion from Supercharged Entertainment without any refund. All sales are final.
  • Anyone with the following physical or mental conditions should use caution against participation and may, at Supercharged’s discretion, be excluded from playing:
    o Women who may be pregnant
    o Heart ailments
    o Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    o Sensitivity to light or motion
    o Sensitivity to flashing lights
    o Any other physical or mental condition that might be affected by playing or might prevent you from participating safely
